This role is a key ambassador for the Maison, directly shaping the client experience and fostering loyalty. By delivering exceptional service and developing the client portfolio, this position significantly contributes to achieving sales targets and upholding the Maison's esteemed reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience

  • Act as the primary client contact for After Sales
  • Meet individual and boutique quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and loyalty
  • Efficiently develop the client portfolio
  • Execute targeted CRM actions
  • Engage in client events and act as a Maison Ambassador
  • Respect brand and boutique policies and procedures
  • Support stock inventories
  • Support boutique setup and breakdown at opening and closing
  • Adhere to Visual Merchandising guidelines
  • Assist with special projects when requested
  • Undertake administrative and stock room tasks as required

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful achievement in luxury retail
  • Sales-oriented and target-driven background
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
  • Result and action-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial
