About the Role

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing waiting times, and ensuring efficient client care. You will also assist Sales Associates during sales and participate in daily boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients upon arrival.
• Manage client waiting times and direct them to waiting areas.
• Provide information and storytelling about the Maison and boutique.
• Ensure smooth client flow within the boutique.
• Coordinate between Sales Associates and support staff (Stock Admin, Cashier, Voituriers).
• Perform gift wrapping and manage the packaging area.
• Accompany clients to the door upon departure.
• Assist with Care Service duties without handling payments.
• Ensure the overall boutique environment is impeccable.
• Adhere to all group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Support with stock inventories and price labelling.
• Participate in boutique opening and closing set up and breakdowns.
• Participate in the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Order boutique facilities (bags, drinks, edition material, office facilities).

Requirements

• Experience in a client service role.
• Luxury industry experience preferred.
