Design and deliver impactful learning programs that drive measurable improvements in performance, engagement, and professional growth. Collaborate across regions, attractions, and central functions, applying creativity, industry best practice, and practical delivery expertise. Play a pivotal role in enabling empowered local delivery while maintaining globally consistent standards during Merlin's transition to a centralized operating model. Lead and contribute to initiatives including scaling coaching programs, embedding a globally adopted performance approach, designing onboarding journeys, supporting apprenticeships and capability frameworks, and delivering blended and digital learning programs like Power Skills, Supercharged Sales, and Business Skills to ensure accessible, engaging, and scalable learning across all locations. Responsibilities
- Own and deliver priority projects within the global capability plan

- Design and deliver impactful learning programmes that drive measurable improvements in performance, engagement, and professional growth
- Collaborate across regions, attractions, and central functions
- Lead and contribute to scaling coaching programmes to strengthen leadership and team performance
- Embed a globally adopted performance approach
- Design engaging onboarding journeys for new hires
- Support apprenticeships and capability frameworks to build long-term talent pipelines
- Deliver blended and digital learning programmes such as Power Skills, Supercharged Sales, and Business Skills to ensure learning is accessible, engaging, and scalable across all locations
Requirements
- Learning professional with 5+ years of experience in manager-level roles in L&D, delivering strategic and operational L&D initiatives
- Skilled in designing and implementing multi-format learning solutions across cross-functional teams
- Expertise across the full learning cycle, from needs analysis, content design, delivery, to evaluation
- Strong facilitator with proven success in both in-person and virtual learning environments
- Proficient in digital learning platforms and tools to support scalable, modern learning experiences
- Experienced in influencing senior stakeholders and balancing competing priorities effectively
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-country learning programs with measurable impact
