About the Role

Join eBay’s UK Enterprise Seller Development team as an Enterprise Account Manager, focusing on Media and Collectibles categories. This vital role drives strategic growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive performance by setting and achieving targets for GMV, CSAT, and Revenue through data-led strategies.
  • Manage top enterprise accounts with a strategic focus, leading contract negotiations, QBRs, and seller advocacy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with category leaders and other teams to align priorities and launch growth-driving initiatives.
  • Support operational excellence by partnering on seller segmentation, performance tracking, and agile strategy updates.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management.
  • Collaborator coordination and teamwork experience.
  • Strong analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Effective communicator with experience representing organizations externally.
  • Familiarity with the ecommerce, Media or Collectibles sectors is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with data to make business decisions.
