About the Role
Develop tailored AI solutions for public sector clients, translating real-world requirements into scalable GenAI and LLM applications to automate and enhance administrative processes. Responsibilities
- Develop GenAI and LLM solutions to automate complex administrative and testing processes (e.g., with Neo4j, LangGraph Agents, RAG approaches, or FastAPI)
- Work hands-on across the entire software lifecycle, from requirements analysis to productive implementation for clients or on the AI platform
- Develop and operate scalable backend services for AI applications and integrate them into existing system landscapes
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Business Analysts, Project Management, Security, Operations, and Quality Assurance, and engage directly with clients
- Actively contribute to the further development of AI services, architectures, and best practices
Requirements
- Relevant degree or comparable qualification (e.g., vocational training or relevant practical experience)
- At least 1 year of practical experience in developing AI applications with productive responsibility, ideally in a service context
- Excellent Python skills and experience in developing AI and backend systems
- Solid software engineering knowledge (e.g., architecture, testing, scalability)
- Experience in building and/or operating AI systems in productive environments
- Experience with agile development processes
- Openness to diverse project contexts and collaboration with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in German and good English skills
