About the Role

Develop tailored AI solutions for public sector clients, translating real-world requirements into scalable GenAI and LLM applications to automate and enhance administrative processes. Responsibilities

Develop GenAI and LLM solutions to automate complex administrative and testing processes (e.g., with Neo4j, LangGraph Agents, RAG approaches, or FastAPI)
Work hands-on across the entire software lifecycle, from requirements analysis to productive implementation for clients or on the AI platform
Develop and operate scalable backend services for AI applications and integrate them into existing system landscapes
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Business Analysts, Project Management, Security, Operations, and Quality Assurance, and engage directly with clients
Actively contribute to the further development of AI services, architectures, and best practices

Requirements

Relevant degree or comparable qualification (e.g., vocational training or relevant practical experience)
At least 1 year of practical experience in developing AI applications with productive responsibility, ideally in a service context
Excellent Python skills and experience in developing AI and backend systems
Solid software engineering knowledge (e.g., architecture, testing, scalability)
Experience in building and/or operating AI systems in productive environments
Experience with agile development processes
Openness to diverse project contexts and collaboration with various stakeholders
Proficiency in German and good English skills
