About the Role
Fi is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a high-leverage team, reporting to the VP of Product. This role is central to Fi's growth, driving initiatives across product, engineering, design, hardware, data, operations, and go-to-market. The Senior PM will activate new sales channels, deepen customer loyalty, and enhance the core Fi experience, owning significant product areas from strategy to launch and directly shaping how millions of dog parents engage with Fi. The company's mission is to transform the human-pet relationship by developing cutting-edge technology to revolutionize pet parenting, improving the lives of millions of pets through real-time tracking, activity, sleep, and behavior monitoring, and bridging the communication gap between pets and humans.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and roadmap for owned experiences, influencing key decisions and carrying initiatives from concept to launch on a weekly shipping cadence.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, hardware, data, support, and marketing to align teams and ship products.
- Utilize analytics to identify opportunities, diagnose friction, measure impact, set key metrics, and run experiments.
- Own the customer journey from onboarding through long-term retention, identifying experience breakdowns and designing solutions.
- Lead product launches that improve satisfaction, growth, and subscription retention while raising quality standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product experience with a track record of shipping impactful products and improving engagement or retention.
- Ability to manage both long-range planning and hands-on execution effectively.
- Comfortable with independent data analysis.
- Deep mobile product experience across iOS and Android, including API constraints and common design patterns.
- Proficiency with an AI-native workflow, including Claude Code, Cowork, and modern AI tooling.
- Strong customer instincts, including the ability to communicate with customers and extract buildable insights.
- Dog people preferred.

- $150,000 - $210,000 base salary
