Responsibilities
- Acknowledge customers, ascertain needs, and provide quick, efficient service.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding current and future requirements.
- Maintain excellent standards across the yard, counter, and shop floor.
- Safely operate machinery and perform operational activities including offloading, picking, packing, restocking, and loading vehicles.
- Support business initiatives to increase sales, margin, and service.
- Develop knowledge of core and specialist product lines to meet customer needs.
- Load and unload vehicles manually and with a forklift (training provided).
