About the Role

Argus Search sucht im Auftrag eines Mandanten eine motivierte Persönlichkeit.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial accounting for multiple entities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payment transactions.
• Establish internal accounting processes, transitioning data and operations from external service providers to a structured environment.
• Perform consolidation across all entities, including intercompany reconciliation, ongoing adjustments, and maintaining a uniform chart of accounts.
• Integrate upstream systems, implement standardized and audit-proof processes from procurement to payment, and automate recurring tasks.
• Oversee reporting and collaborate with external consultants to ensure timely figures, early risk identification, and smooth closings and audits.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on accounting/finance.
• Several years of professional experience in accounting and/or controlling.
• Proficient in standard MS Office programs, especially Excel, with general IT affinity and a willingness for digital development.
• Analytical and structured work approach with strong numerical affinity and problem-solving skills.
• Self-initiative, responsibility, and a reliable, meticulous work ethic.
• Fluent English skills, German skills are an advantage.
