About the Role

Engaged full-time intern sought for a 6-month mandatory internship, starting August/September, to support the team. This internship must be completed as part of a university degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational support for daily business operations.
• Assist with Office Management.
• Support Marketing & Press activities.
• Coordinate material deliveries (film, advertising, press materials).
• Assist with film fair planning.
• Support festival planning.
• Coordinate appointments with international clients.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program or vocational training, ideally in Media Management, Film/Media Economics, Communication Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Independent work style, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented and communicative personality.
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written); additional foreign languages are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and experienced with Content Management Systems.
