About the Role
Engaged full-time intern sought for a 6-month mandatory internship, starting August/September, to support the team. This internship must be completed as part of a university degree.
Responsibilities
- Provide organizational support for daily business operations.
- Assist with Office Management.
- Support Marketing & Press activities.
- Coordinate material deliveries (film, advertising, press materials).
- Assist with film fair planning.
- Support festival planning.
- Coordinate appointments with international clients.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program or vocational training, ideally in Media Management, Film/Media Economics, Communication Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Independent work style, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented and communicative personality.
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written); additional foreign languages are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and experienced with Content Management Systems.
