About the Role
This role supports the Sales and Festival team, offering insights into international film distribution, festival operations, client communication, and global sales processes. It is ideal for individuals interested in international cinema, film festivals, sales, marketing, and film industry administration.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales and Festival team in daily operations.
- Maintain festival and client databases, and internal CRM systems.
- Research film festivals, markets, buyers, distributors, broadcasters, and streaming platforms.
- Assist with film submissions to festivals and markets.
- Communicate with festivals, partners, clients, and service providers.
- Prepare and maintain sales documents, line-ups, screeners, and presentation materials.
- Create and update sales status information and rights availabilities.
- Assist with organizing international film markets, meetings, and travel.
- Maintain license management software and internal workflows.
- Provide general administrative and organizational team support.
Requirements
- Strong interest in film, international festivals, and the film industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured, meticulous work approach.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and reliability.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Proactive, flexible, and enjoys administrative and coordinating tasks.

Experience Level

- Current university studies or ongoing vocational training, ideally in Media Management, Film/Media Economics, Communication Sciences, Humanities, Economics, or a comparable field.
