About the Role
Join our Financial Services consulting team as a Senior or Principal Consultant. This role supports the growth of our Wealth, Asset Management, and Life & Pensions businesses by delivering high-impact consulting projects and shaping the future of our practice. You will collaborate with clients to understand needs, develop innovative strategies, and implement solutions that drive business value, working across transformation-focused engagements including new product launches, operating model optimization, technology platforms, and data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver large-scale, complex transformation programs within Wealth, Asset Management, and/or Life & Pensions sectors.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to create and implement innovative solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities and contribute to practice growth.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and provide expert advice.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously develop expertise.
Requirements
- Strong management consulting background.
- Extensive experience and proven track record in delivering transformation across Wealth, Asset Management, and/or Life & Pensions firms.
- Strong experience in at least two of the following areas: managing large-scale/complex transformation projects across core business functions (front-office, distribution, operations); product and proposition development; operating model design and implementation; operational improvement and cost reduction; technology vendor selection and implementation; business process outsourcing across the full lifecycle (including business cases and implementation).
- Ability to meet UK residency requirements for security clearance (at least 5 years of continuous residency in the UK).
