About the Role
Our client is building the foundational product layer for the next major wave of onchain participants: autonomous, always-on, and incentive-aware AI agents. Having spent years at the frontier of consumer crypto—converting human attention into millions of onchain actions—our client possesses a powerful engine of distribution, incentive coordination, and proof of action. As agents evolve into economic actors capable of reasoning, holding value, and responding to incentives, this established infrastructure serves as an unfair advantage to capture the emerging agentic economy. Our client is seeking a visionary Head of Product to own the product vision and strategy. This individual will transition a fast-moving thesis into high-scale products utilized by both humans and agents. Operating as a peer to the executive leadership team, the successful candidate will build and scale the product function from scratch. This role is designed for a strategic leader who maintains a builder's mindset and is eager to execute at the ground level.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, vision, direction, and roadmap for the agentic economy.
- Adapt existing onchain distribution and incentive engines for autonomous agents.
- Drive user acquisition by onboarding human and agent participants into the ecosystem.
- Execute rapid prototyping, build MVPs, test hypotheses, iterate, and scale initiatives.
- Establish a data-driven culture, define KPIs, manage product P&L, and guide iterations with data analysis.
- Lead the product function, manage end-to-end product lifecycles, and recruit a product team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience turning product visions into scalable products with measurable adoption.
- Deep AI fluency, active engagement with AI applications and agents, experience building with existing models, and testing new AI tools.
- Strong ability to design and analyze complex systems using first-principles thinking.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology and onchain primitives.
- Comfort making difficult, high-stakes decisions independently.
- Ability to think commercially in terms of P&L per product line.
- Submit a demonstration of a built or formulated project within 90 days (live product, prototype, functional AI agent, or written viewpoint on AI/agentic economy).
