Responsibilities
- Support the project team in coordinating narrative and financial reporting across workstreams, including contributions to project proposals, donor reports, and administrative procedures.
- Support dialogue initiatives with selected stakeholders and participants from Yemen and the Gulf region, contributing to organizing, coordinating, and implementing activities.
- Organize events and communicate with participants, including flight and hotel bookings, contracting service providers, and administrative tasks.
- Contribute to the development of concept notes, agendas, and other relevant documents for project activities and events.
- Conduct background research and develop abstracts about relevant topics.
Requirements
- Hold a Master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies, Political Science, International Relations, or a similar field.
- Possess first relevant work experience, such as contributing to international projects with local partners or budget management.
- Willingness to travel to Yemen and the MENA region, including high-risk areas, as required.
- Experience in remote communication and cooperation.
- Experience in event organization and logistics.
- Experience in budget management.
- Experience in coordinating tasks in an international and intercultural setting.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills (at least C1-level).
- Excellent verbal and written Arabic language skills (at least B2 level).
