About the Role

This role is a critical member of the Private Wealth Talent Acquisition team, responsible for identifying and attracting Wealth Advisor talent for the company’s Private Client business across the United States. The Talent Acquisition Partner acts as a researcher, relationship builder, and career ambassador, providing a consultative approach to workforce planning by anticipating organizational talent needs and executing strategies to source advisor candidate pools.

Responsibilities

  • Build proactive talent pipelines across competitor firms.
  • Conduct structured market mapping and maintain long-term passive candidate relationships.
  • Align candidate pipeline health with future hiring needs.
  • Provide insights on advisor movement, compensation, and competitors.
  • Deliver recommendations using market data.
  • Partner with local leadership to craft an immersive recruitment experience.
  • Handle large requisition volumes in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and internal departments for smooth onboarding.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Serve as a talent advisor to Managing Directors.
  • Co-develop hiring strategies aligned to growth goals.
  • Lead consultative intake sessions and define advisor profiles.
  • Assist with translating business goals into workforce plans.
  • Build collaborative, trusted relationships with key internal business partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of advisor recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience leading all phases of wealth advisor recruiting, including origination, due diligence, negotiation, and financial modeling.
  • Track record of successfully recruiting high-caliber talent under high volume and fast-paced delivery.
  • Excellent client service focus.
  • Ability to develop effective partnerships both inside and outside the organization.
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a growing team.
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
  • Heightened sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • High levels of intellectual curiosity, accountability, integrity, and judgment.
