About the Role

Lead the marketing strategy across the United Kingdom and Ireland, driving pipeline creation and brand awareness. Ensure all activities align with both regional requirements and global EMEA goals. This is a Hybrid role, reporting to the VP Marketing, EMEA based in our London office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the comprehensive marketing plan for the UKI region, encompassing demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), events, partners, and thought leadership.
  • Drive pipeline creation and progression for new logos and customer expansion using an account-centric, outcome-focused approach.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with sales leadership by delivering high-performing programs and providing strategic insights.
  • Develop a partner-sourced pipeline through integrated co-marketing, clear communication, and partner enablement.
  • Lead and develop the UKI marketing team while strengthening brand presence through executive-level programs and cultivating customer advocacy.

Requirements

  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain.
  • Extensive marketing experience in field-based roles within global B2B SaaS or the cybersecurity industry.
  • Deep understanding of the UKI enterprise buyer ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving pipeline generation and revenue influence for enterprise-level SaaS solutions.
  • Extensive experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), executing high-impact events, and running programs tailored for CXOs.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing with a constant focus on pipeline metrics and ROI.
  • Proven experience utilizing advanced AI-driven predictive market analytics to identify high-value account segments and accelerate pipeline velocity within the UKI region.
  • In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Sales within the security or networking sectors.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools, AI-driven processes, and cloud alliances to optimize marketing efforts.
