About the Role
This role involves proactive sales, leveraging your personality and sales talent to convince customers of the product. You will provide customer support tailored to individual needs and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Proactive customer acquisition and support to build and maintain long-term relationships, including contract negotiations and closures.
- Independent research of the local market for new customer acquisition, including sales blitzes for new openings.
- Autonomous planning and execution of all Motel One sales activities for new customer acquisition and existing customer care, such as customer events and hotel tours.
- Continuous market, trend, and competitor analysis, along with creating reports and statistics on customer performance.
- Conducting sales training for hotel teams and participating in department head and sales meetings.
- Close collaboration with Hotel Managers and the Reservations, E-Commerce, and Marketing departments at the Head Office.
- Support and representation of the Area Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Professional training in the hotel industry or relevant sales experience.
- Initial experience in a leadership position.
- Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken).
