About the Role

The role seeks a highly motivated individual with a passion for structured and precise work processes, maintaining diligence and accuracy in routine tasks. Join the Artist Administration team to support live entertainment events.

Responsibilities

• Support data filing, documentation, and maintenance in software systems and lists, including show insurance, contracts, GEMA declarations, and KSK information.
• Assist in creating accounting reports, such as tax declarations for artist taxation (§ 50a EStG).
• Support the preparation and follow-up of show insurances, monitoring necessary adjustments.
• Participate in preparing monthly GEMA declarations.
• Assist in preparing quarterly declarations for artist taxation (§ 50a EStG).
• Communicate with the Artist Administration Team and coordinate with Accounting, Booking, or Operations as needed.

Requirements

• Interest in accounting, legal, and administrative processes within live entertainment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Reliable, independent, and structured working style.
• Proactive, engaged, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
