About the Role

The Senior Product Engineer owns the full lifecycle of features, from problem identification to solution delivery and optimization. This role requires strong full-stack engineering skills, product thinking, and customer empathy to create scalable solutions. Utilize AI-assisted development to accelerate implementation and ensure scalable, maintainable, and production-ready architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Originate ideas from user conversations, analytics, and company strategy; build, ship, and iterate on MVPs.
  • Lead design, development, and scaling of full-stack applications across Go, Node.js, TypeScript, and Python stacks.
  • Engage directly with users, participate in support rotations, and utilize product analytics and observability tools.
  • Instrument features, run experiments, define success metrics, and use data for product decisions.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools daily to accelerate output.
  • Champion CI/CD practices, evolve development workflows, and ensure fast, safe, and reliable deployments.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Testing to solve complex problems and deliver outcomes.
  • Mentor developers on technical challenges and product thinking.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of full-stack software development experience, shipping SaaS products end-to-end.
  • Advanced proficiency in Go, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or similar full-stack technologies.
  • Fluency in AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar).
  • Experience with product analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel), experimentation, feature flags, and A/B testing.
  • Strong CI/CD experience and familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and observability practices.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and make sound product and technical decisions.
  • Experience mentoring developers and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers and translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
