Responsibilities

• Support transaction preparation, including legal research, drafting filings, term sheets, and purchase agreements.
• Assist in developing transaction strategies by analyzing legal issues and contributing to discussions with senior lawyers.
• Support the due diligence process by reviewing and analyzing financial statements, contracts, and relevant documents.
• Coordinate transaction processes, manage timelines, and ensure efficient completion of all necessary steps.
• Manage case files, organize materials, and ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
• Develop transaction legal skills and expertise.
• May coordinate the work of junior team members.
• Help coach and develop junior lawyers.

• Solid experience in a specialized area of law.
