About the Role

Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. Responsibilities

  • Guard and protect company gates, entrances, buildings, facilities, and designated posts.
  • Act as a First Responder in emergency situations.
  • Inspect and record parcels and containers carried on or off premises by employees and non-employees.
  • Guard or inspect property, instruments, facilities, or vehicles on company premises.
  • Patrol designated areas, including completing notification rounds.
  • Protect against and report sabotage, destruction, damage, or theft of property, facilities, or work in process.
  • Report dangerous conditions or irregularities, take safeguarding steps, and assist in apprehending guilty parties.
  • Perform other internal security duties and premises protection, including staffing control centers.
  • Guide and assist emergency medical and fire department personnel to areas of need.
  • Train other employees in the Security Officer classification after completing the probationary period.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED/equivalent
  • A valid security guard registration (Guard Card)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess a valid state issued driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work day and night shifts, weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime based on operational need.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Pass an FAA background check clearance.

Education Level

  • High School diploma or GED/equivalent

Salary/Compensations

  • Starting hourly rate: $22.04
