About the Role

Guide store guests to become loyal customers by providing expertise on home furnishings. Inspire and excite guests about products, helping them discover styles that reflect their lives and design rooms they will love. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial, focused, and ambitious sales professional passionate about lifestyle retail and thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service and delight guests.
• Provide outstanding service, maintain a welcoming professional presence, and engage with guests respectfully.
• Process sales orders accurately, adhere to cash handling protocols, assist with credit applications and financing, and document transactions.
• Address customer concerns independently.
• Assist with store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and daily checklists.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention, including bi-annual inventory checks.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, KPIs, and performance standards.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (preferred).
• Outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to.
• Ability to convey information to inspire action.
• Excitement for developing and sharing fresh ideas.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Thrives in an environment valuing exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain reliable attendance.

Experience Level

• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (preferred)

Education Level

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
