About the Role
Strategically execute industry-leading social content, managing organic content plans, copywriting, community management, reactive content, and influencer strategy.
Responsibilities
- Create standout lo-fi, social-first content using mobile and tools like Canva.
- Appear on camera to bring ideas to life authentically.
- Monitor culture and community trends, scale audience insights, and adapt trending formats for clients.
- Craft clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for posts, captions, and community management.
- Connect brands with communities through ongoing management, engagement, and participation in cultural moments.
- Analyze content and channel performance, uncover creative insights, and guide recommendations and reporting.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports demonstrating impact and informing future strategy.
- Build trusted client relationships, acting as a social expert.
- Oversee day-to-day social channel management, including scheduling, bio updates, and content calendar maintenance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive monthly and quarterly content calendars.
- Stay updated on social platform changes, emerging formats, and best practices.
Requirements
- Sophisticated understanding of social media platforms and content sharing strategies.
- Driven to create and occasionally feature in client content.
- Creative thinker and writer, capable of independent and collaborative content ideation.
- Passion for brands and their social media marketing.
- Curiosity about digital world developments and potential.
- Pride in work and meticulous approach to client brands.
- Drive and ambition with a growth mindset for the evolving social landscape.
- One or more years of social media experience (agency-side preferable).
