About the Role

Support the Executive Producer and Project Manager in all production aspects to deliver high-quality experiences. Serve as the primary production contact for projects, managing third parties in execution, development, and creative deliverables. Research and implement new production formats, technologies, and solutions to enhance experiences. This role demands flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, budget adherence, and deadline management. A proven track record in live event production and experiential marketing is essential, along with strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of production, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up
• Create production timelines and ensure teams adhere to schedules
• Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams for alignment and execution of concerts
• Optimize production costs and processes
• Manage thorough follow-up of third parties' quotes, invoices, and P&L updates
• Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements
• Venue research and booking
• Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and legal department contract work

• Understanding of technical production requirements
