Responsibilities

Develop workplace and design concepts, including occupancy planning.
Create draft designs and develop guiding principles.
Evaluate and verify the feasibility of planning requirements.
Collaborate cross-departmentally, especially with Workplace Strategy.
Train and instruct Junior Designers.
Participate in, moderate, and create pitch presentations.
Independently manage clients and projects in English and German.

Requirements

Completed degree in (Interior) Architecture, Design, or Graphic Design.
Fluent German and English language skills.
Ideally, initial professional experience with international companies and start-ups.
At least initial industry knowledge in architecture and civil engineering.
Expert knowledge of ASR(A) and fire protection regulations.
High level of creativity for individual interior concepts, especially for office and/or retail use classes.
Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit, SketchUp, InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
Interest in trends, innovations, and developments in the labor market.
