Responsibilities
- Develop workplace and design concepts, including occupancy planning.
- Create draft designs and develop guiding principles.
- Evaluate and verify the feasibility of planning requirements.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally, especially with Workplace Strategy.
- Train and instruct Junior Designers.
- Participate in, moderate, and create pitch presentations.
- Independently manage clients and projects in English and German.
Requirements
- Completed degree in (Interior) Architecture, Design, or Graphic Design.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Ideally, initial professional experience with international companies and start-ups.
- At least initial industry knowledge in architecture and civil engineering.
- Expert knowledge of ASR(A) and fire protection regulations.
- High level of creativity for individual interior concepts, especially for office and/or retail use classes.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit, SketchUp, InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Interest in trends, innovations, and developments in the labor market.
