About the Role
Tétris, a JLL subsidiary, is Europe's leading fit-out company with a Design & Build approach, operating in 14 countries globally, primarily in EMEA. The company supports international retailers, hotel operators, and global players in industry and logistics with interior fit-out services. Due to continuous growth, Tétris is seeking a Project Estimator for Interior Fit-Out to cover parental leave.
Responsibilities
- Independently calculate fit-out trades, comprehensive offers, and supplementary bids.
- Determine cost estimates, costs, and quantities, and prepare bills of quantities.
- Evaluate offers and conduct technical discussions with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support offer presentations and contract negotiations with project management.
Requirements
- Degree as a Civil Engineer, Architect, Wood Technician, or comparable qualification.
- 3 years of professional experience in fit-out or renovation projects.
- Good German and English language skills.
