About the Role
Join the Autobahn Platform UI team at Deutsche Bank Technology in Berlin, a global team focused on technical excellence and financial services innovation. Contribute to a key strategic platform, Autobahn, which delivers core applications to internal and external users. Develop a main platform channel and a React component framework, working with state-of-the-art UI frameworks and open-source technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new functionality based on defined specifications and guidance.
- Contribute to the full development lifecycle, including implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented components and interfaces.
- Collaborate with QA, BA, and UX teams to clarify functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Support product quality by adhering to agreed standards, coding guidelines, and non‑functional requirements.
- Work with other development teams to integrate and use shared frameworks and components.
Requirements
- Practical experience in developing web applications with a focus on performance and maintainability.
- Good understanding of core data structures and basic algorithms relevant to everyday development tasks.
- Working understanding of how browsers operate and how web applications are executed in the client.
- Analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills applied to day‑to‑day development work.
- Clear and cooperative communication skills when working with team members and stakeholders.
