About the Role

This 12-month fixed term contract role drives operational excellence and measurable progress through process improvement, enhancing team productivity, eliminating low-value work, and fostering continuous improvement. The role focuses on enabling Cirium teams to own, improve, and evolve their end-to-end processes, increasing time spent on high-value, customer-outcome-led work. Key outcomes include mature process documentation, selective automation and AI application with clear benefits, leadership understanding of process inefficiencies, and a sustained shift towards continuous improvement for productivity and margin gains. The role involves understanding work flows, identifying improvement areas, and applying structured process thinking with objective judgment on automation and AI.

Responsibilities

Mature Cirium’s process documentation and mapping, creating, recording, and embedding process documentation across the organization
Conduct workshops with key teams to clarify processes and identify pain points and improvement areas
Partner with leaders to understand Cirium’s process architecture and deliver a simplified business view
Introduce and embed simple, repeatable improvement disciplines for teams to sustain independently
Establish a fact-based approach for deciding what to automate, simplify, standardize, or leave manual, actively supporting this work
Operate as a credible peer and thought partner to senior leaders, translating ambition into practical progress

Requirements

Experience in process improvement, operational excellence, transformation, and change
Practical understanding and experience delivering automation and AI-enabled improvements
Experience with Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies
Strong judgment and comfort making trade-offs in complex, ambiguous environments
Curiosity, learning agility, and a willingness to constructively challenge established ways of working
