About the Role

This role drives operational excellence and measurable progress by identifying and delivering process improvements that enhance team productivity, eliminate low-value work, and foster continuous improvement. The position is accountable for evolving end-to-end processes within Cirium teams, enabling them to focus on high-value, customer-outcome-led work. This is a 12-month fixed term contract. Expected outcomes include mature process documentation, selective application of automation and AI with clear benefits, leaders understanding and addressing value loss in processes, and a sustained shift towards continuous improvement for productivity and margin gains. The role involves understanding work flow, identifying high-value improvements, and applying structured process thinking with objective judgment on automation and AI.

Responsibilities

Mature and embed process documentation and mapping across Cirium.
Conduct workshops to clarify processes and identify improvement areas.
Partner with leaders to understand process architecture and simplify business views.
Introduce and embed sustainable improvement disciplines.
Establish a fact-based approach for process automation, simplification, standardization, or manual retention.
Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders, translating ambition into practical progress.

Requirements

Experience in process improvement, operational excellence, transformation, and change.
Practical experience delivering automation and AI-enabled improvements.
Experience with Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong judgment and ability to make trade-offs in complex, ambiguous environments.
Curiosity, learning agility, and willingness to constructively challenge established ways of working.
