About the Role

This role strengthens the Identity & Access Management team, focusing on Okta Workforce Identity and Okta Customer Identity / Auth0 (CIAM). The objective is to design, implement, and continuously develop customer Okta platforms to deliver highly secure and scalable Identity architectures.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Enterprise IAM with a focus on Okta Workforce Identity and Okta Auth (CIAM)
• Manage end-to-end responsibility for Okta projects (design, implementation, integration, operational launch)
• Design and implement Zero Trust and Identity-first architectures based on Okta
• Implement Customer Identity solutions with Auth0, including Customer Login & Registration (CIAM), Social Login / Federation, and API Security & Token-based access control
• Perform migrations of existing IAM systems to Okta Workforce
• Oversee application integration using SAML / OIDC / OAuth 2.0, SCIM-Provisioning, and Lifecycle Management (JML processes)
• Support clients in establishing Access Policies & Adaptive MFA and Identity Governance (in combination with downstream systems)
• Contribute to the standardization and industrialization of Okta Deployments

Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to travel internationally, preferably to clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland

Experience Level

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management
• Several years of proven project experience with Okta Workforce Identity or Okta Auth0

Education Level

• Completed degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Mathematics, or similar (ideally)
• Internationally recognized certifications like (ISC)² CISSP (ideally)
• Vendor certifications for IAM solutions, especially for Okta
• Okta Certified Administrator
• Okta Certified Consultant (preferred)
• Auth0 Certified Developer
