About the Role
The company is evolving into a platform that supports the entire home-building journey, from inspiration to execution. As AI transforms online search, performance marketing is a critical growth lever. This Senior Performance Marketing Manager will own, build, and scale Demand Creation channels, including Paid Social, Display, Native, and Demand Gen (YouTube). The mission is to reach and convert families building homes on the marketplace. This role involves building channels from scratch, managing a significant paid budget, and directly influencing user acquisition, conversion, and qualification at scale. It is a senior individual contributor role with high ownership, fast feedback cycles, and direct business impact, working closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale core acquisition on Meta with end-to-end ownership of the acquisition experience.
- Launch, scale, and optimize demand-creation channels beyond Meta (including YouTube) for prospecting and retargeting.
- Develop creatives and AI-powered workflows for scalable production.
- Own the full marketing funnel, from first impression to qualified conversion, including ads, landing pages, funnels, and forms.
- Embed AI into daily workflow for creative research, variant generation, campaign optimization, and analysis.
Requirements
- Strong track record in performance marketing, focusing on Meta Ads and experience in at least one additional demand-creation channel (e.g., Display, Native, Demand Gen).
- Strong analytical skills and experience optimizing full-funnel campaigns, prioritizing lead quality and value.
- Hands-on creative ability with an understanding of advertising psychology to build creatives and workflows.
- Experience building and scaling at least one paid channel from scratch.
- Experience using AI to produce creatives or build workflows in real campaigns, demonstrating improved output quality or speed.
- Enjoy complex challenges in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment, with willingness to adapt roles.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Fluent German (C1+ or native-level) and fluent English.
