About the Role

Join hedgehog lab as an experienced User Researcher on a contract basis, embedded in government projects that affect people at scale. You will plan and execute end-to-end research, from discovery to usability testing, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure evidence-based decisions. The role requires comfort operating in complex, regulated environments and confidence in translating findings into clear recommendations that shape product direction.

Requirements

Experience working on government or public sector digital services

Familiarity with working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
