About the Role

NetSuite is a SaaS product within Oracle, adopted by 41,000 companies globally. Japan is rapidly expanding its market, strengthening its new customer acquisition team. The role seeks a core team member committed to business ownership and results. This position is for a Sales Representative targeting the mid-market (annual sales of 3-20 billion JPY). NetSuite utilizes a "land and expand" sales strategy, starting with small implementations and extending cloud ERP functions based on customer growth.

Responsibilities

Design territory and game plans.
Develop necessary sales pipelines to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Formulate hypotheses on customer business challenges and propose solutions to decision-makers, including executives.
Utilize MEDDIC to identify sales opportunities, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

Ability to cover a broad area.
Ability to generate many sales contacts through personal activity and inside sales collaboration.
Ability to quickly identify customers for initial adoption.
Ability to engage with decision-makers and stakeholders.
