About the Role

The Commercial Engagement Services (CES) team collaborates with Life Sciences clients, providing flexible sales and personnel solutions for market success. This includes recruiting, training, and managing sales teams for service projects or temporary staffing. We offer integrated project approaches from the IQVIA solution portfolio, tailored to client needs. Join our team for an exciting vaccine project.

Responsibilities

• Promote vaccine prescription through direct engagement and intensive support of selected general practitioners, internists, and practitioners, contributing to company success.
• Independently build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors and medical professionals.
• Successfully implement consulting strategies based on expertise to convince contacts.
• Monitor and manage customer vaccine stock to ensure continuous availability and supply.
• Create independent route plans and maintain visit records in the CRM system, including preparation and follow-up.

Requirements

• Scientific education (ideally university degree) or certified pharmaceutical consultant training according to §75 AMG.
• Ideally, experience in vaccine sales or strong willingness and enthusiasm to learn as a newcomer.
• Assertive personality and experienced networker, capable of inspiring self and contacts.
• Desire to make a positive impact for the product, self, and patients.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work independently and results-oriented.
