About the Role

This role supports the iProspect Global team, which consists of over 8,000 media and performance experts globally, driving connectivity within the network. Carlsberg has been a key client since January 2024, with iProspect managing media strategy, planning, and buying for brands like Carlsberg, Tuborg, 1664, Somersby, and Brooklyn. Carlsberg's marketing strategy aims to be an 'engine of growth' to become a leading multi-beverage powerhouse. This position offers an opportunity to join a high-performing team, accelerating media transformation initiatives for Carlsberg and William Grant & Sons, and fostering global media excellence across markets.

Responsibilities

  • Support Carlsberg and William Grant & Sons global accounts in account management, client relationships, digital reporting, and project delivery, focusing on market management.
  • Act as a primary contact and operational lead for key Carlsberg global campaigns across various brands.
  • Lead IPB campaign reporting, managing end-to-end data pull through to final narrative for paid digital media channels.
  • Contribute to client status calls and global network calls, ensuring market clarity on global campaign priorities and expectations.
  • Provide operational support for key Carlsberg & WGS projects, such as Sufficiency and Attention based planning.
  • Support senior colleagues in embedding frameworks within local markets.
  • Collate best practice case studies from local markets and integrate learnings into media plans, brief responses, PCAs, and reporting.
  • Support and deliver key projects within the WGS scope, including Total Social, Thought Leadership, 1PD workstream, Local market data collection, and Measurement.
  • Communicate regularly with markets, understanding priorities, gathering and sharing case studies, and driving deadlines.
  • Maintain up-to-date project status for weekly internal and client calls.
  • Respond to the network and clients in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a media agency, globally or locally.
  • Confidence in account management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong digital media experience.
  • Knowledge of the media planning process and its application to global clients.
  • Ability to translate and analyze data and information across platforms, sources, and markets to inform strategic priorities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and listening communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail in all outputs.
  • Ability to handle difficult and sensitive conversations within the network and with clients.
  • Proactively seeks support when necessary and manages upwards.
  • Ability to manage direct and virtual teams across the ecosystem.
  • Energized and enthusiastic approach.
  • Project management skills to plan work delivery, plot milestones, and ensure timely completion.
  • Ability to understand cultural nuances and adapt personal style.
  • Respects differences in culture, approach, and skillset.
  • Proficient with key tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
