About the Role

Provide comprehensive HR support and advice to UK and Ireland operations, fostering positive employee relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting workforce management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of HR-related issues, providing insightful analysis and recommended solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements to develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with organizational goals.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant compliance and regulatory principles within the UK&I region.
  • Lead data collection and analysis efforts related to various HR metrics, identifying trends and informing decision-making.
  • Manage HR data effectively, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Collaborate with Line of Business (LOB) Product teams to understand their unique HR needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Apply principles of Managerial Accounting to HR initiatives, demonstrating the value and impact of HR programs.
  • Develop and execute meticulous planning and organizing strategies for HR projects and initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and effectively communicated.
  • Stay abreast of changes in Policy and Regulation impacting HR in the UK&I, advising on necessary adjustments.
  • Deliver compelling and informative presentations on HR topics to various stakeholders.
  • Leverage and optimize HR Systems and Tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and impactful Verbal Communications with all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior HR advisory role within the UK&I region.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Assessment, Business Requirements Analysis, and Compliance and Regulatory Principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of effective Data Collection and Analysis.
  • Proficiency in Data Management - Human Resources, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Extensive experience in managing Employee Relations, including complex and sensitive issues.
  • Familiarity with Line of Business (LOB) Product structures and their associated HR needs.
  • Understanding of Managerial Accounting principles as applied to HR functions.
  • Exceptional Planning and Organizing skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Policy and Procedures and Policy and Regulation within the UK&I.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills and strong Verbal Communications, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in utilizing various Systems and Tools - Human Resources.
