About the Role

Support the performance and resilience of warehouse operations across Australia through process improvement, escalation handling, and continuous improvement. Combine operational oversight with cross-functional collaboration to align warehouses with business goals, deliver new initiatives, and address persistent issues. This role is based in Eastern Creek and reports to the Senior Operational Excellence Manager.

Responsibilities

Lead development and embedding of a performance management framework for the downstream supply chain, translating strategic objectives into measurable operational KPIs.
Partner with internal teams to develop, optimize, and integrate tools, systems, and performance dashboards into daily operations.
Ensure operational teams understand and adhere to the Target Operating Model (TOM) and embed the escalation framework across sites.
Collaborate with supply chain teams, SCM Tech, and other departments for cross-functional alignment and change management.
Develop documentation, SOPs, and onboarding materials, and deliver training to promote framework adoption.
Act as the first point of contact for escalated technical issues across the supply chain, triaging and resolving or escalating.
Support CI roadmap implementation for warehouse sites and identify scalable process solutions.
Comply with HelloFresh Health and Safety procedures and GMP food safety standards.

Requirements

Proficient understanding of supply chain operations, warehouse systems, and SOPs.
Strong capability in task and project delivery, managing workloads independently and meeting timelines.
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and building collaborative cross-functional relationships.
Strict commitment to maintaining workplace health, safety, and GMP food safety standards.
Improvement mindset, proactively identifying process gaps and proposing data-driven solutions.
Strong collaborator, working constructively with diverse stakeholders through clarity and reliability.
Adaptable to feedback, actively seeking input for unclear project scopes or operational challenges.
Proactive communicator, capable of raising blockers early and managing interactions.
