About the Role
Help prepare a brand-new Automated Store Pick Warehouse for live operations. Ensure equipment is technically ready, and the site is clean and safe for customer testing and handover. Collaborate with Project and Service Teams to prepare robots, ASRS systems, and pallet conveyors for smooth, reliable operation, including debris removal and environmental control during final testing. This role is crucial for successful customer testing and long-term site readiness.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe work area around machinery.
- Promptly clear system blockages and collaborate to minimize delays.
- Document blockage causes to aid in prevention.
- Resolve issues correctly on the first attempt and identify improvement opportunities.
- Foster strong inter-team relationships and serve as a reliable point of contact.
- Monitor live dashboards to proactively address system slowdowns.
- Assist with system setup and testing to ensure readiness for live operation.
- Adhere to safety regulations, report hazards, and contribute to a safe workplace.
