About the Role

Culture Vitale is a platform that curates "Sessions of Vitality" for major companies, focusing on elevating wellbeing, culture, creativity, and team development. They are seeking experienced retreat organizers and providers to partner with, offering immersive and impactful retreats to their corporate clients. This partnership involves either Culture Vitale matching clients with the provider's retreats or the provider enriching their own retreats with Culture Vitale's network of experts.

Responsibilities

Deliver adapted retreats to corporate clients based on their wellbeing, development, and cultural needs
Collaborate to elevate retreat offerings by integrating Culture Vitale's session/workshop hosts

Requirements

Significant experience creating and delivering retreats, including locations
Be an individual or a company with the appropriate rights
Worked with corporate clients and senior profiles
Provide examples and concrete evidence of past retreats, including images and programs
Conversational in English
Fulfill all legal requirements, such as insurance and permits, to carry out retreats
