About the Role
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will report to the Nuclear Medicine and PET & CT Section Manager, working with a supportive team of highly skilled clinical colleagues in a large, 24-hour, state-of-the-art Radiology & Nuclear Medicine facility. The role involves producing high-quality imaging for patients using the latest equipment, including two new Gamma cameras, and working across the Nuclear Medicine Department, Theranostics suite, and The Robert & Jeanne Szeto PET-CT Centre with a GE Omni Legend PET-CT scanner. You will collaborate with dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologists, nursing, and clerical teams to provide high-quality patient care, hot lab, and imaging services.
Responsibilities
- Produce highest quality imaging for patients using the latest equipment and technology.
- Work across Nuclear Medicine Department, Theranostics suite, and PET-CT Centre.
- Collaborate with Nuclear Medicine Technologists, nursing, and clerical teams in patient care, hot lab, and imaging.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in medical imaging technology (Nuclear Medicine).
- Current AHPRA registration.
- EPA licence, including condition IA16D (Diagnostic CT for Nuclear Medicine Technologists).
