About the Role
Lead and govern the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle across Pernod Ricard Pacific for Market Company (Australia and New Zealand) and Global Travel Retail (GTR). Shape and execute robust demand plans to optimize inventory, reduce stockouts, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance customer satisfaction. Report to the Integrated Operations Director – Pacific, driving strategic alignment across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and key customers. This role requires strong analytical capability, commercial judgment, and cross-functional influence to deliver forward-looking supply chain strategies, ideal for professionals with demand planning, commercial, operations, or finance experience who are analytical, collaborative, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly IBP demand planning cycle, including demand reviews, forecast sign-off, and reporting.
- Build and maintain rolling 24-month demand forecasts in Anaplan, incorporating innovation, NPD, supply risks, and market intelligence.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to manage forecast accuracy, product lifecycle planning, and supply exceptions.
- Manage customer collaboration forums, including demand assumption alignment, out-of-stock mitigation, and allocation processes.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, identify key demand variances, and recommend actions to improve planning performance.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in demand planning, supply planning, or integrated business planning (IBP).
- Background in supply chain, commercial, operations, or finance.
- Experience working with large data sets.
- Experience with FMCG / wine and spirits is preferred.
