Responsibilities
- Drive and optimize aftercare performance across NSW dealerships.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities across new and pre-owned sales channels to increase product penetration.
- Lead, mentor, and influence sales teams to elevate aftermarket conversion and product awareness.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships across Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams.
- Deliver a premium, tailored customer journey from initial engagement through to post-delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement targeted strategies to exceed KPIs.
- Uphold best practice across process, compliance, and product execution.
- Seamlessly adapt across multiple sites while maintaining consistency in performance and standards.
Requirements
- Proven success in aftermarket/aftercare sales within the automotive industry.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- High-performance, results-driven.
- Commission-driven for sales.
- Ability to manage and grow multi-site operations autonomously.
- Adaptable communicator, capable of influencing diverse teams and dealership environments.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority.
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Professional presentation and communication aligned to a premium automotive brand.
- Operate with an ownership mindset.
- Take full accountability for performance, results, and execution.
- Understand commercial drivers of the business, including gross profit, margin, and conversion metrics.
- Proactive, adaptable, and energize teams.
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and build influence across multiple locations.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple dealership locations across NSW.
- Proven ability to perform in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Open to police check.
- Own vehicle required.
- Current and valid driver’s licence.
- Immediate start preferred.
