About the Role
Reporting to the Retail Manager at our Auburn store, you will be responsible for sharing the Savers story with our customers and donors, ensuring they receive excellent service and have a meaningful Savers experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a well-organized retail floor for customers
- Engage with customers and donors, managing change rooms, greeting at the door, and operating registers
- Collaborate with the team to meet service standards
- Support the company's safety culture
Requirements
- Availability for full-time 38 hours on a rotating roster, Monday to Sunday
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support team goals
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., retail, hospitality, returning to workforce, or first job)
