About the Role

The Senior Manager, Commercial Education Deployment — EndoMech/Energy is a strategic-operational leader responsible for executing the APAC rollout of global commercial education programs for the Energy and Endomech platform. This role translates regional strategy into deliverable plans, leads tactical deployment across APAC markets, and ensures field readiness through localized curriculum, trainer networks, certification events and launch support. The Senior Manager works with global/regional/local Education Leaders, Curriculum Design & Content Strategy, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Translate the APAC learning roadmap for Energy and Endomech into detailed market-level deployment plans, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Prioritize deployments by market impact, launch schedule, and readiness metrics in coordination with leadership.
  • Contribute to global/regional strategy by providing market intelligence, capability gaps, and recommendations for scalable learning approaches.
  • Serve as the connective layer between global education strategy and APAC market needs, ensuring consistency with platform brand direction and local market context.
  • Localize global Endomech/Energy curricula for APAC markets (language, clinical practice, regulatory constraints) in collaboration with content design and medical validation partners.
  • Lead preparation and execution of blended delivery modalities: field-based courses, training center programs, simulation/wet labs, virtual modules, and certification events.
  • Ensure instructional fidelity for hands-on labs, case-based learning, and scenario-based assessments.
  • Build and sustain a certified trainer network with documented coverage targets for APAC markets.
  • Lead train-the-trainer programs and maintain facilitator quality standards across markets.
  • Provide coaching and quality assurance for in-market trainers and external faculty.
  • Serve as a senior facilitator/subject matter expert for high-priority events, including flagship certification programs and key launch training.
  • Own tactical learning deliverables for Endomech/Energy product launches in APAC, including timelines, trainer deployment, materials distribution, and targeted certification goals.
  • Coordinate with regional sales enablement and supply chain to ensure on-time logistics and field support.
  • Integrate learning milestones into regional launch plans and escalate readiness risks to leadership.
  • Act as the APAC education liaison for Endomech/Energy to Regional Leadership.
  • Align stakeholders on objectives, secure sponsorship, and negotiate regional resource commitments.
  • Partner closely with leadership to ensure education messaging and market execution align with brand strategy and priority market tactics.
  • Engage Regional Leadership to ensure market-level sponsorship and resourcing.
  • Define and track program KPIs for deployments (customer satisfaction, time-to-certification, certification rates, competency scores, adoption metrics) and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Use learner feedback and performance data to iterate on content, delivery cadence, and resource allocation.
  • Manage deployment budgets at the program level; work with leadership to optimize spend through digital scale, vendor management, and shared services.
  • Oversee third-party vendor selection and performance for training delivery where applicable.
  • Coach and develop high-performing cross-market educator capabilities; document role accountability and success profiles.
  • Provide day-to-day direction and mentorship to regional learning leads; coordinate assignments, quality standards, and cross-market consistency.
  • Support capability building for in-market trainers and regional learning staff.
  • Ensure all commercial education activities comply with local regulations and Company Health Care Compliance policies; maintain audit-ready records and documentation.
  • Work with Medical Affairs and Regulatory to validate training content and disclosures.

Requirements
