About the Role
Support the global IELTS leadership team by steering strategic planning, governance frameworks, and leadership operating rhythms. Drive IELTS leadership coordination, ensuring aligned priorities, efficient decision-making, and seamless senior leadership forums. This role operates at the intersection of executive governance, planning, and leadership operations, fostering internal leadership effectiveness and productive engagement with external partners like the British Council and Cambridge University Press & Assessment.
Responsibilities
- Manage leadership operating rhythm, meeting schedules, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Lead and refine executive planning and governance processes for effective leadership outcomes.
- Liaise among senior stakeholders, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
- Develop and deliver high-quality briefings, reports, and leadership collateral for forums.
- Facilitate participation in critical IELTS governance forums, including the Executive Committee.
- Enhance team effectiveness across senior leadership groups, fostering alignment on strategic priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, managing risk, dependencies, and progress.
- Partner with Finance Business Partners for detailed reporting and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with transformation and change management teams to embed best practices.
