About the Role

Support multiple healthcare facilities by providing centralized coordination, administration, and system control for maintenance operations. This role ensures safe, compliant, and reliable healthcare environments, contributing to patient care and operational continuity.

Responsibilities

• Act as regional first point of contact for maintenance requests and FM enquiries.
• Log, prioritize, track, and close work orders in the CMMS.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities across multiple healthcare sites.
• Schedule subcontractors and internal trades, ensuring access, permits, and documentation.
• Monitor SLA performance, identify delays or risks, and escalate as required.
• Support preventative maintenance programs and compliance documentation.
• Prepare reports, defect logs, maintenance summaries, and routine correspondence.
• Maintain accurate CMMS data for audit readiness.
• Support WHS, environmental compliance, and safe systems of work.
• Ensure professional, timely communication with hospital stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in facilities maintenance coordination or a similar role.
• Experience in complex or regulated environments (healthcare desirable).
• Strong contractor coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational capability.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of WHS, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Trade, technical, or FM qualifications (desirable).
