About the Role
Assists with general routine human resources services including data administration, position management, learning administration, time and attendance, performance monitoring, and benefits. Supports employees and managers by addressing questions and contributing to HR services administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies and benefits.
- Gather data for reports measuring HR service effectiveness and quality.
- Assist with projects for process optimization and standardization, including compliance and root cause analysis.
- Perform routine data entry and maintain accurate records for leave of absence, time and attendance, and benefits.
- Assist with implementing new hire, termination, and other employee lifecycle processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with UKG or time tracking systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work on site.
