Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for landlord and internal lease administration queries
- Support rent processes including turnover rent, invoicing and sales data collection
- Maintain and update lease information in systems
- Assist in resolving lease, invoice and data discrepancies
- Support contract execution, document tracking and standard document control processes
- Ensure lease data accuracy through regular checks
- Provide lease information to accounting to support accurate and timely payments
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to improving processes and ways of working
Requirements
- Experience within Property, Leasing or Real Estate
- Transferable experience in office administration with a strong accounting foundation
- Experience supporting contract management or document handling
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and organised way of working
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic financial or lease-related data
- Clear communication with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
- Proactive and reliable, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
- Analytical and methodical, with an interest in improving processes and accuracy
