Responsibilities
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and ensuring store safety and security.
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes.
- Delegate and coordinate tasks for other employees.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security.
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
- Six months of experience delegating and coordinating tasks for two or more employees.
