About the Role

The Part Time Production Associate supports manufacturing operations by following supervisor direction to meet production demands, ensuring quality and safety standards. This role involves front-line production processes, adding value to inputs, and creating high-quality dairy products. Responsibilities include operating machinery, equipment, and packaging final products. Join a member-owned co-op focused on improving production and innovating uses for milk to enhance people's lives.

Responsibilities

Comply with all safety processes and promote safety practices.
Arrive on time, meet task deadlines, and adapt to changes.
Multi-task and maintain production demands in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow instructions from Leads and Management for daily assignments.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
Perform frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, and climbing.
Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
Work in temperature zones including cold and/or hot environments for extended periods.
Work in areas where dust and chemicals may be present.
Required to work scheduled shifts, including weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime.

Work Type

Part-time.
1:30 am – 6:30 am, Tuesday through Saturday.
Shift schedules may include days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Hours subject to business needs.

Experience Level

6+ months of work experience in any industry.
1+ year of food manufacturing work experience (preferred).

Salary/Compensations

$22.28 per hour.
Shift Differential: $1.00 (Until 5:00 AM).
