We’re building next generation AI-powered skilling experiences that help people and organizations learn faster, prove what they know, and keep pace with Ai driven work. You will set the vision, shape the roadmap, and lead cross functional teams to deliver delightful, measurable learning outcomes on a global scale. This role requires turning deep customer insight into bold product bets, partnering closely with Design and Engineering, and shipping high quality experiences. We value clarity, curiosity, and craft, offering autonomy and support for effective work.

Responsibilities

  • Define vision and strategy for AI skilling across learner, manager, and enterprise scenarios, translating it into clear success metrics.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research to uncover unmet needs and convert them into crisp scenarios, roadmaps, and MVPs.
  • Prioritize data-informed investments and make tradeoffs across content, platform, telemetry, cost/latency, privacy, and compliance.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to ship LLM-powered features (recommendations, coach, pathways, assessment) that are usable, accessible, and trustworthy.
  • Establish measurement for engagement, learning outcomes, credential attainment, reliability, and performance, iterating based on evidence.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and field teams to craft narratives, land launches, and drive adoption and retention.
  • Work with internal and external partners (e.g., content providers, platform teams) to expand catalog depth, credentials, and enterprise integrations.
  • Create clarity, build energy, and deliver results across multiple squads/epics through inclusive, transparent execution.
  • Define positioning, packaging, and growth motions to accelerate adoption and retention across segments.
  • Ensure product capabilities translate into clear, differentiated customer narratives in market.
  • Attract and develop high-caliber product talent with clear ownership and high standards.
  • Coach Product Managers to deepen product judgment, customer insight, and strategic thinking.
  • Embody company culture and values.

Requirements

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
  • Pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Skills

  • Proven track record of owning product vision, multi-year strategy, and portfolio-level prioritization, with measurable customer and business impact.
  • Experience building and shipping AI or data-powered products, with clear understanding of quality, safety, and cost/latency tradeoffs.
  • Proficient product sense grounded in customer insight (qualitative and quantitative) and the ability to translate that into scenarios, MVPs, and scalable systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and adoption, including go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and experimentation.
  • Proficient cross-functional leadership and influence, with the ability to align Engineering, Design, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in learning, skilling, credentials, or workforce development, or adjacent platforms involving content ecosystems and user journeys.
